Changing career paths?

When I set up keyboardclaire.net for the first time I had made a post about breaking into the tech field. With the rise of ghost job listings and vibe coding mania I have decided that the tuition cost would be a debt never payable.

But have realized that I really like the idea of pharmacy work, specifically as a pharmacy tech. I’ve always liked researching into medications including the ones I’m on. Not only that, but I like to know the class the of medication, the dosage, what it does to the body, the side effects, and I always memorize the generic name of brand name medications. In fact, I always refer to the generic name when talking about a medication, even being able to spell the weird names like bicalutamide, acetaminophen, or even dexmethylphenidate xr — without needing to look it up.

I hope this idea works out for me.
