accidentally overdosing on vitamin d

Yesterday i had a psychiatrist appointment and i dont remember too much of it but i do remember when i told the psychiatrist i was taking the prescribed vitamin d capsules daily, she looked at me in horror and ran to my pcp down the hall. Apparently I was only supposed to take it weekly and they gave me high dose pills because i had a severe deficiency. But he said it was fine because it had only been 10 days and that i’d piss it out so i guess that’s cool.
