accidentally overdosing on vitamin d

yesterday i had a psychiatrist appointment and i dont remember too much of it but i do remember when i told the psychiatrist i was taking the prescribed vitamin d capsules daily, she looked at me in horror and ran to my pcp down the hall. he said it was fine and that i’d piss it out so i guess that’s cool.
